We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing gbp Develop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build their project management career, supporting the delivery of healthcare, refurbishment and development projects across the UK. You'll work alongside experienced Senior Managers, gain hands-on experience and play a key role in delivering projects that make a real difference.
Offering proactive support to our development and project management team, you will help us successfully deliver new build and refurbishment projects for our healthcare and retail sector clients.
Hybrid working with two days per week on site in Crawley during the initial six months.
Key aspects of the role:- Support the delivery of healthcare construction and refurbishment projects
- Coordinate project meetings, actions and key project documentation
- Assist with project planning, procurement and stakeholder engagement
- Track project budgets, invoices and financial performance
- Support bid submissions and business development activities
