An established main contractor in the Crawley area is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team and support delivery of diverse construction projects.
You will manage procurement, cost planning, CVR, and cost reporting, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency and project viability. Relevant qualifications (RICS/CIOB) and IT literacy with COINS/Asta are preferred.
