School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. You’ll provide one-to-one support, assist small groups, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your Responsibilities

Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
Create a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Confidence to work across different school settings
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
