** Southgate Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team on a 8 month fixed term contract.

** This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children's education and development within a school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering educational programmes, helping students achieve their full potential by supporting their day-to-day learning activities.

*** A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
* Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
* The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
* A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
* Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
* A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.
