About the RoleAs a key member of our SEN team, you will:

- Maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and other professionals.
- Participate in professional development to enhance your skills in SEN and child development.
- 1+ years of experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting, either professionally or personally.
- Essential qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).
- Proven skills in classroom management, individualised learning support, and professional knowledge of SEN and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special needs.
