In this role, you will:

• Teach Business Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and relevant lessons
• Inspire students to think critically, work independently, and apply business concepts to everyday life
• Plan creative lessons that support progress for learners of all abilities
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed
• Play an active role within the department and contribute to the wider life of the school

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has secure subject knowledge in Business Studies
• Is enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to student success

• Is keen to continue developing professionally and contribute ideas to the department
