Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning and academic achievement.

Differentiated Instruction: Differentiating teaching strategies and activities to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students within the classroom.

Parental Engagement: Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and involvement in student's educational journey.

Pastoral Care: Providing pastoral support and guidance to students, promoting their well-being and social-emotional development.

Requirements:

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Key Stage 2 specialism.
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably within a primary school setting.
Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
