SEMH Teaching Assistant - Crawley
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 annually
Hours: 08:15 - 15:30 | Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a structured and supportive school setting in Crawley.
Role Overview- Support pupils with SEMH needs in small groups
- Implement individual education and behaviour plans
- Assist in creating a consistent and structured learning environment
- Encourage independence and resilience
- Background in education, youth mentoring, or care
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
