A specialist educational institution located in Crawley seeks a full-time One to One Teaching Assistant to support adolescent males with complex needs. The role involves working in alignment with therapeutic practices, encouraging individual learning, and collaborating with educators to create effective Personal Education Plans. Qualified candidates should possess GCSEs in Maths and English, as well as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
This position requires dedication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The contract is term-time only, from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
