Holy Trinity in Crawley is seeking an Internal Alternative Provision (IAP) Teacher to support a small group of students with personalised learning and strong relationships. You will provide a flexible, trauma-informed curriculum and track progress to close gaps.
You will design bespoke learning experiences, deliver Functional Skills in English and Maths, and collaborate with families and SENDCo for inclusive reintegration within the school community.
