We are a two-form entry, oversubscribed infant school at the heart of Copthorne Village and can offer you a new and exciting challenge in our happy school within our genuinely supportive team.
This post will involve working in class as a teaching assistant for some of the time and will also include providing cover for teacher’s release time and in the event of teacher absence.

Grade 8 SCP 20-24, £24,228- £26,320

Working Pattern: 5 days a week, term time only, plus INSET days as specified by the school
Hours: 32.5 per week, 8.30-3.30pm

What You Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role you will need to:
- The ability to build excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Experience of teaching whole classes in EYFS and Key Stage 1
- High levels of enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A First Aid qualification or willingness to be trained
- HLTA Qualification or equivalent
