Our client, an established planning consultancy is urgently looking for a Chartered Town Planner to join their team in West Sussex. The successful Chartered Town Planner will lead a variety of residential, rural, mixed use and commercial schemes.

Qualifications:

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, and who are a Chartered Member of the RTPI.

Responsibilities:

Within the role the successful Chartered Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
