You will use the latest signal processing, modelling and imaging technology and some of the most advanced high-performance computing facilities in the world to build high-resolution 3D seismic images & models of subsurface geology and rock properties for our clients.

What skills will you develop as a geophysicist?

You can expect to develop expertise in

  • Signal processing, modelling and imaging; no prior knowledge of geology and geophysics is expected.
  • Technical innovation, creative problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships through service excellence.
  • Management of complex technical projects.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Cultural awareness through training & interaction with global clients and teams.

  • Integrated or postgraduate Master’s or PhD in Physics, Geophysics, or Mathematics; or Natural Sciences & Engineering courses with significant physics content.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and passion for your subject.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts.
  • Evidence of leadership, teamwork or customer service from involvement in university societies, extracurricular activities, volunteering or work experience/internships.
