As an apprentice at Ceres, you’ll gain hands‑on experience through paid, work‑based training with rotations across different areas of the business. You’ll learn practical skills from a knowledgeable and experienced teams who are keen to support your development.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
One day per week will be spent studying at Crawley College
, West Sussex
The programme lasts 42 months
By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts and well prepared for a long‑term career in the industry.
Who can applyMeet one of the following criteria:
- Two A‑levels, including Maths and one technical subject
- A Level 3 Diploma in Engineering (minimum merit)
- Relevant work‑based knowledge and competency
Shortlisted applicants should expect to be invited to take part in an assessment day towards the end of June 2026.
