From day one, you'll take ownership of real projects, including security barriers, turnstiles, and road blockers, accelerating your development and ensuring project success.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan project timelines, coordinate resources, and support installations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management.
• Attend site visits, support installations, and meet clients.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Work closely with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in project, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• A degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic practical engineering knowledge (through study, placements, or early career experience).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused mindset with some client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• A full UK driving licence (desirable).
