Whatyoullbe doing In this role, you will:
Lead financial due diligence for M&A transactions, ensuring rigorous assessment and high-quality financial insights. Perform valuation analysis using advanced methodologies to support strategic decision-making. Build comprehensive financial models, capturing synergies, integrationcostsand ROI scenarios. Shape investment cases by partnering with Development Managers, Development Associate sand senior stakeholders. Support investment papers and play a key role in submissions for CRH approval. Advise on deal structuring and financing, optimising value and mitigating risk.

Drive process efficiency, proactively managing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution across financial work streams. Whatyoullbring You will thrive in this role if you are:
Analytical & detail-oriented able to deliveraccurateinsights under pressure. Organised & proactive anticipatingchallenges and keeping processes on track. Collaborative confident working with cross-functional teams and external advisors. Commercially minded understanding the strategic value drivers behind M&A. Adaptable & resilient comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your skills & experience Were looking for someone with:
Advanced financial modelling and valuationexpertise. Strongproficiencywith financial analysis tools and techniques. Deep knowledge of corporate finance principles and transaction structures. Excellent communication skills for crafting investment papers and presenting findings. A proven ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainefficiency. Experience Significant experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction services. A track recordof delivering high-quality financial due diligence and valuation for complex deals.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in corporate or advisory environments. Education Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as ACA or CFA. Evidence of continued learning in financial analysis and deal execution. Why Apply?
