Finance Integration Manager

Alexander Lloyd are exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding business located in Crawley who are seeking to add a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Finance Integration Manager (M&A).

This role will report directly into the CFO and be heavily involved in the M&A and integration of newly acquired businesses

This is a highly commercial role and will require strong financial modelling, commercial analysis and the ability to build balance sheet reconciliations from scratch from potential acquisitions once integrated into the business.

Being a new role they are open to different types of profiles. Either a commercially mind FM from SME, a strong a commercially minded FPA specialist or someone making the move from practice who sits with TS/M&A or Corporate Finance.

Duties will include but not be limited too:

• Deal with the M&A team through DD
• Manage integration into transactional finance
• Liaising with sellers accounts
• Completion accounts set up
• Handover to internal/external reporting for year end
• Lead the financial due diligence process for prospective acquisitions.
• Analyse financial performance, working capital, cashflow, and key risks in collaboration with the M&A team.
• Prepare financial models, due‑diligence summaries, and insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with the external reporting team on audits and consolidation.
• Improve acquisition accounting processes, templates, and controls.
• Contribute to post‑acquisition reviews to support continuous improvement.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial insight to the CFO on acquisition performance and pipeline opportunities.

You will have the following skill set

• Qualified – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Have excellent communication skills
• Experience to M&A whether from practice or being in a business who has acquired other companies.
• Ability to get to the Crawley office 3-4 times PW
