Corporate Tax Senior

As a Corporate Tax Senior in Gatwick, you'll handle the day-to-day tax affairs of a variety of business clients in the professional services industry. Your role will help ensure compliance, provide expert advice and contribute to the smooth running of the tax function.

Our client is a top 50 accountancy firm in the Gatwick area. They are based from a beautiful, modern office and they service a highly enviable client base. This position in their corporate tax team is newly created and will help the team manage the increased demand for its corporate tax services.

• Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns for a range of clients.
• Support senior members of the team with advice on tax planning and complex compliance matters.
• Assist with tax audits and manage queries from HMRC.
• Support junior team members by reviewing their work and providing guidance.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve tax efficiency and reduce liabilities.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and their impact on clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Studying towards of have gained a professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
