Join Our Team as an Aviation Recruitment Resourcer.

Optime Group, a leader in aviation recruitment, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to spearhead our recruitment initiatives at Gatwick Airport.

While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not a requirement – with the right attitude, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive!

Based at our head office in Crawley, we’re expanding our team and looking for a talented individual to handle recruitment across various airports in the UK. If you're driven, ambitious, and ready for an exciting new challenge, we'd love to hear from you!

What's on offer:
  • Hours:

    08:30am-17:00pm
  • Days:
    Monday – Friday (Office based)
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum.
  • 28 days holiday entitlement + your birthday off!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract, engage, and recruit top-tier candidates, consistently ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and candidate experience are met.
  • Promote a diverse and varied portfolio of job opportunities, presenting roles clearly and compellingly to attract the right talent.
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and direct search methods.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end candidate journey, from CV screening and initial interviews (telephone and face-to-face) through to onboarding.
  • Manage and support recruitment activity across the department, ensuring sufficient interview volumes are achieved to meet team and business targets.
  • Consistently deliver against individual and departmental targets and KPIs, using recruitment dashboards and data insights to track performance and drive results.
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and individuality to the team, helping to shape processes and deliver a first-class recruitment service every day.
