An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Crawley team for a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Business Support sector. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to recruitment, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside Reed's Top Billing Managers and Consultants. With a focus on permanent placements, this role will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across Sussex.

• Full 360 Recruitment Process:Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews, and negotiating offers of employment.
• Candidate Sourcing:Utilise various platforms such as job boards, social media, and Linked In Recruiter to source candidates. Conduct interviews, perform background checks, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
• Key Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and insightful advice.
• Collaboration:Work closely with team members to ensure branch success and maximise opportunities for cross-selling.

• Driving License:Essential for client meetings.
