Role Overview

As a key member of the Master Data Strategy and Governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that foundational data—Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and more—within our SAP landscape is accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with strict governance standards. Your work will directly support the execution of our Business Excellence (BE) strategy, helping drive continuous improvement across our global operations.

Business

Excellence & Master Data Leadership
  • Drive and support Business Excellence initiatives that enhance performance across the Global Supply Chain.
  • Lead cross‑functional improvement projects to optimize planning, purchasing, material flow, and overall supply chain performance using Master Data best practices.
  • Analyse current processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities; support coordinated target‑setting across business functions.
  • Champion the adoption of Business Excellence tools and methods, providing coaching, training, and thought leadership across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of BE Toolbox methodologies and guidelines as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote best‑practice sharing across global teams and ensure strong alignment across sites.
Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Master Data Management colleagues and teams across Europe, Asia, and the US to ensure global consistency and process standardisation.
  • Project manage the planning, development, and rollout of process enhancements.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all necessary inputs and approvals to deliver successful process changes.
  • Maintain transparent communication on project status, risks, and progress.
Data & Process Improvement
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives focused on optimising supply chain performance through robust data governance.
  • Analyse complex supply chain data using SAP modules (MM, PP, MRP) and related systems to uncover risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT to align Master Data best practices with broader business and digital transformation goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong data governance practices to support reliable, real‑time decision‑making.
  • Promote data literacy and best practice adoption, enabling teams to integrate insights into daily operations and long‑term planning.
  • Document processes, standardise data workflows, and implement scalable solutions that enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management experience and strong exposure to SAP Master Data within a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge covering Master Data configuration, planning and purchasing processes, MRP, BOM management, source lists/Info Records, and production planning (MM, PP, and related modules).
  • Ideally 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA ERP and product transfer processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP NWBC.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain environments, including product and process change management.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Fluent English—spoken and written.
  • Skilled in leveraging systems, tools, and procedures to drive high‑quality outcomes.
