Senior Consultant – Cyber Resilience

Location: Crawley

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Consultant in Cyber Resilience to lead the delivery of large‑scale cybersecurity projects. This is a pivotal role for seasoned professionals with deep expertise in threat intelligence, risk management, incident response, compliance, and security architecture. You will lead project teams, design and architect cyber resilience solutions, mentor junior staff, and work directly with clients to deliver impactful, technically robust outcomes.

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver complex cyber resilience projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Design & Architecture: Contribute to scalable, reliable, and secure cyber resilience infrastructures across multiple technical domains.
• Incident Response: Manage and coordinate responses to security incidents, minimising operational impact.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary client contact, providing tailored solutions and high-quality delivery.

  Work with teams across cloud (AWS), virtualization (Nutanix, VMware), networking, storage, and IT operations.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and ensure effective sprint execution.
• Mentorship: Guide junior consultants on technical skills, best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Business Support & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to proposals, presentations, and internal knowledge resources to support service growth.

• Extensive experience in threat intelligence, risk management, incident response, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and security architecture.
• Proficiency with security technologies, including:
  • SIEM (Rapid7 Insight
    
    IDR preferred)
  • XDR (Sentinel One preferred)
  • Firewalls (Fortinet preferred)
  • Vulnerability management (Rapid7 Insight
    
    VM preferred)
  • PAM (Delinea preferred)
  • SSE/ZTNA (Netskope preferred)
  • Cloud security / CNAPP (Rapid7 Insight Cloud Sec  preferred)
  • SOAR (Rapid7 Insight Connect preferred), automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
• Strong skills in designing and architecting cyber resilience solutions

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
