IT Support Engineer

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra .
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently and escalating when needed.
• Use Power Shell and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows (desirable).
• Assist colleagues with IT tools, providing guidance, training, and clear documentation.
• Monitor and maintain devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the end‑user experience.

• Hands‑on experience providing IT support in a workplace environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra .
• Familiarity with ITIL.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Exposure to automation, AI‑powered tools, or monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Power Shell and/or Power Automate.
