Oracle Fusion HCM Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll Lead to provide expert-level functional support and leadership across payroll operations and implementations. You will be the go-to authority for UK statutory payroll, ensuring seamless payroll processing, compliance, and system optimization within a dynamic global environment.

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, resolving complex issues within SLA.
• Own end-to-end UK payroll cycles‑pre‑validation, calculation, payment, costing, and post‑payroll reconciliation.
• Manage UK statutory processes: RTI (FPS/EPS), P45/P60, statutory payments (SMP/SSP), auto‑enrolment pensions, and HMRC integrations.
• Configure and maintain payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
• Lead impact analysis, testing, and validation for quarterly statutory updates.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver functional specs, configurations, and testing support.
• Document SOPs, root cause analyses, and functional designs.

• Deep hands‑on expertise in UK payroll statutory rules: PAYE, NI, RTI, auto‑enrolment, Apprenticeship Levy, and statutory payments.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration:
  Elements, Balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL.
• Strong background supporting live payroll cycles in a production environment with strict SLAs.
• Experience handling Fusion quarterly updates for UK payroll compliance.
• Ability to lead implementations, troubleshoot complex payroll issues, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
