As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll join a small, experienced infrastructure team supporting core systems across server and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and maintaining server and virtualised infrastructure environments
• Monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and ensuring high availability
• Assisting with cloud platform operations, access management, and configuration
• Supporting incident resolution via the service desk, including user access and onboarding requests
• Contributing to backup, disaster recovery, and security‑related processes

You’ll work closely with senior technical specialists, gaining strong exposure to enterprise‑level infrastructure.

• Strong experience supporting Windows server environments
• Exposure to virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware or similar)
• Understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practice
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience with Linux environments would be beneficial but not essential.
