We are recruiting graduates into a range of technology roles across engineering, infrastructure, and support.

By joining our Technology pathway, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of technical roles. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may progress into roles such as:

• Engineering:
  Software Developer, Dev Ops Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Test Analyst
• AI: AI Analyst
• Information Security:
  Cybersecurity Analyst, Information Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Privacy Analyst
• Support & Operations:
  Service Desk Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Production Support Analyst

• Supporting software development and engineering tasks
• Assisting with deployments and infrastructure
• Monitoring systems and resolving technical issues
• Contributing to testing and quality assurance
• Supporting IT service and operational delivery

• Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset

• Programming (Java, Python or similar)

• Locations are updated regularly based on client demand, with opportunities currently available across the UK. Greater geographical flexibility gives you access to a broader range of client projects

• Gain hands‑on experience working full‑time, on‑site with leading organisations, supported by structured training and industry‑aligned development.

• Work directly with a client, delivering high‑quality outcomes in a professional, client‑facing environment.

• Receive dedicated coaching and support throughout your placement and development journey.

• Complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations, with clear pathways for career progression and salary growth.

• Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week. (As a consultancy, we deliver services directly to our clients, meaning much of your work will be based on‑site within their teams. This is a key part of your development and early career success.)
