We have an exciting role for a Workshop Technician to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you will carry out repairs and routine maintenance on the motorcycles we purchase and retail, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, list components required to efficiently repair and bring them to a road‑worthy condition. You will also conduct PDI assessment and evaluation in line with business standards, complete inspections promptly, and ensure workshop cleanliness and adherence to Health and Safety policies and SBF standards throughout the motorcycle journey.

• Conduct PDI checks, remedial work, and comprehensive vehicle preparation to meet Super Bike Factory retail standards
• Complete repairs, servicing, and maintenance on motorcycles for internal and external customers, meeting efficiency and accuracy targets
• Provide thorough vehicle evaluations and present findings to customers via report, video, or in person
• Adhere to company repair standards, Health & Safety guidelines, and workshop procedures
• Perform road‑testing assessments on motorcycles, licence permitting
• Maintain clean, organised workstations in line with 5S principles and company housekeeping standards
• Undertake ongoing training and development in line with market updates and new product launches

• GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or Grade 4 and above or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or Motorbike Mechanic
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Full or restricted motorcycle licence, motor vehicle or engineering qualifications, and dealer‑specific certifications
• Experience with motorcycles, proficiency using hand tools, and familiarity with diagnostic software (e.g., TEXA)
