Registered Manager Ipswich My client is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, well-established service in Ipswich , with clear plans and ambition for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manager who enjoys building services, developing teams, and being hands-on in shaping a growing organisation.

Key Requirements:

Must be a driver Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance Passion for developing staff and growing a service sustainably
