This isn't a purely clinical Dental Nursing position.

You'll continue to provide chairside support, while also becoming more involved in the patient journey and wider practice operations.

• Providing chairside nursing support across a range of treatments
• Building strong relationships with patients
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
• Assisting with Treatment Coordinator consultations and discussions
• Helping patients understand proposed treatment and their next steps
• Following up with patients regarding treatment
• Coordinating appointments and treatment journeys
• Supporting treatment progression
• Completing administrative duties
• Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team
• Ensuring patients receive a professional and welcoming experience from consultation through to completion

This makes the position particularly well suited to a Dental Nurse who enjoys talking to patients and wants greater responsibility within the practice.
