Your Role as an Area Sales Manager:

Covering a territory of South East England
You'll be responsible for growing and developing the customer base, currently about 500 spending accounts, 200 of these frequently.
50% of the role will be selling a range of KBB products to the house builder market, 50% to the contractor and installer market.
Emphasis on bathroom supplies.
The role is a nice blend of new business and account management.
Typically Monday-to-Friday, 4 - 5 customer calls and visits per day.

Ideal Background for the Area Sales Manager Position:

Above all, you'll have proven B2B sales experience of interior / lightside construction products to the contractor or house builder channel.
You'll be confident and enjoy the thrill of a sales environment, with a new business focus.
Able to manage a territory.
Being personable, full of energy and a closer.
A full driver's licence.
Right to work in the UK indefinitely as sponsorship will not be provided.

The Package for the Area Sales Manager:

£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
£4-6k OTE yr 1, £10k+ yr 2, bonus guarantee when starting.
Electric Company Car
