Main duties:

Managing vehicle ordering and invoicing processes efficiently
Overseeing stock levels and vehicle logistics to ensure smooth operations
Processing customer orders from initiation to completion
Organising vehicle registration, legal documentation, and ensuring compliance
Coordinating pre-delivery inspections and vehicle handovers
Arranging customer payments, vehicle taxation, and transportation logistics
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements for the Sales Administrator role:

Proven experience in sales administration within the motor trade sector
Familiarity with automotive management systems (experience with AFRL, RAV, Kerridge systems advantageous but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A proactive approach and willingness to support the sales team effectively
