Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences? We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join a brilliant team in Crawley.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and qualifying prospects
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or onboarding roles is a plus
