Salary: £26,000 – £29,000

A well‑established international logistics provider is looking to recruit an Air Export Coordinator to join its specialist airfreight team. This role focuses on managing time‑sensitive, high‑care shipments and delivering a seamless experience for customers throughout the export journey.

• Provide quotations, guidance and shipment information to new and existing customers
• Plan and coordinate export shipments from start to finish
• Manage daily communication with clients via phone and email
• Book airline space and prepare export documentation
• Liaise with third parties including handling agents and service providers
• Ensure compliance with airline and destination country requirements
• Maintain accurate records and deliver high service standards throughout each shipment

• Experience with in freight forwarding, exports, airfreight or customs
• Ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused under pressure
• Customer‑focused and professional approach
• Confident managing sensitive or high‑value shipments
