Our client is a well-established company renowned for its commitment to quality and excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team in Crawley. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior warehouse experience looking to contribute to a thriving work environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and palletise goods accurately for dispatch.
- Assist with 'goods in' processes when needed to support the team.
- Clearly label pallets with delivery notes to ensure smooth shipping process.
- Load and unload shipments and deliveries, including those for overseas operations.
- Carry out stock check and assist other departments within the company with stock queries as directed by the Logistics Manager.
- Previous warehouse experience
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling and lifting task
- Proficient in forklift operation (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving License (Desirable)
- Salary of £26,350
- Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 6pm (1 hour lunch)
- 20 days holiday (Rising by 1 each year, up to 23 days) + Birthday off
