We have the exciting opportunity to appoint a Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join our enthusiastic Community Rehabilitation team based from Crediton Hospital.

The Community Therapy Team work with people with a wide range of disabilities and acute or long term conditions striving to deliver excellent patient centred care. Our work is consistently varied and stimulating covering admission prevention and supporting discharge, and rehabilitation in a range of community settings through medical, social and public health approaches. The Community Therapy Team works within the broader Health and Social Care team alongside colleagues from Community Nursing and Adult Social Care.

Pattern:

24hrs per week. Inclusion upon 7-day rota
