Production​/Process Operative

Hours for this role are averaged at 42 hours per week and the working pattern is based on 12-hour shifts rotating across a continental shift pattern which includes days / nights and weekends within a 4-week cycle.

Production / Process Operative Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and compliant manufacture of products under the management of the Shift Manager
• Carry out production and processing activities by operating, monitoring, and managing process and packaging machinery, including required production checking in line with Company SOPs and GMP
• Conduct audits, defined sampling and testing routines, and undertake relevant checks
• Ensure effective handover at the start and end of every shift
• Health & Safety duties, including the reporting of all accidents and hazards, performing tasks in a safe manner according to Risk Assessments, SOPs and formalised training and wearing appropriate PPE
