Unique to Mondelez International, Ernest Jackson has a locally managed Research and Development function whose goal is to develop the right healthcare products to meet the needs of the consumer and enable a competitive edge for the business.

You will join the Quality Control team of analysts in testing and ensuring the highest standard product goes out to the market.

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be expected to test packaging, raw materials and bulk product against specifications set by R&D in a fast‑paced environment. Time will be split between the Goods in Warehouse for receipt and testing of raw components, and the main QC labs for final bulk testing. The role includes wet chemistry; therefore, you should be comfortable in a laboratory and have prior experience either through university or jobs.

This could involve testing such as mean weights, Karl Fisher, FTIR, HPLC and GC assays. The applicant should be a team player and help to ensure the lab is kept clean and organised.

• Relevant experience in a laboratory (preferred)
• Working efficiently on a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements
• Attention to detail and following written instructions
• Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
• Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time
• MS office applications

The lab is within a GMP factory and therefore hairnets, safety glasses, lab coats and factory shoes are worn at all times.

Degree in Science, Chemistry preferred but not required.

Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
