Travel Physical Therapist – Acute Care & Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab Day

Position:
Travel Physical Therapist in an acute care, community‑based, not‑for‑profit hospital with 49 beds serving coastal Northern California and Southern Oregon. The role is based near Medford, OR and Redding, CA.

Designs, develops, and executes tailored physical therapy interventions aimed at maintaining, enhancing, or reinstating physical capabilities, mitigating discomfort, or preempting physical impairments in patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services.
• Document and report patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and quality standards.

• Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Certification & Licensure: PT license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience.
