Reports to: Kitchen Manager & Head Chef
Compensation: Hourly + tip share
Schedule: Days, Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

The Dishwasher is a vital part of our kitchen, ensuring our team can deliver exceptional meals with speed and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting the entire restaurant operation through clean work spaces and tools.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using both commercial dish machines and manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and kitchen areas.
• Follow all health and safety standards, including proper sanitization and handling procedures.
• Support kitchen staff by restocking clean items and assisting with prep tasks as directed.
• Manage trash and recycling disposal in accordance with kitchen SOPs.
• Communicate with team members to keep operations smooth during service rushes.
• Help maintain a positive, respectful kitchen environment.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• A team player who understands their role is essential to the guest experience.
