Shift Supervisor (full-time)

Schedule:

Full-time;
Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00pm - 6:00am and Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am - 6:00pm.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• One year of prior supervisory experience is required.
