General Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Labor Associates to join our overnight team. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process to ensure our high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and ready to ship.   Crest Hill, IL
• Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $17.51 per hour

• Follow standard manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work on production line: package, label, and inspect products.
• Prepare and handle ingredients (chocolate, bread, cake fillings).
• Operate and maintain equipment (pans, coder machines, labelers).
• Ensure accuracy of product codes, labels, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed.
• Support product rework and other assigned production tasks.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
