Warehouse Associate Crest Hill, IL

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate – General Labor to join their team in Crest Hill, Illinois. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, managing product flow, inspecting packaging, and supporting the production team with general labor responsibilities.

• Operate essential equipment, including case erectors, case packers, and case sealers.
• Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a steady workflow.
• Hand-pack bagged product while ensuring package and product integrity.
• Promptly report any out-of-spec findings to supervisory staff.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• Comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety guidelines.
• Perform duties under a variety of temperature conditions ranging from
  -30°F to 176°F, where applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable with repetitious tasks and standing for extended periods (up to 13 hours).
• Able to handle moderate to high levels of physical activity throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Pay Rate : $17.00 / hr

• 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
