• Supervise, train and motivate team members to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain reliable transportation.
