Job Overview
Join the KSIB crew and be the voice of Southwest Iowa. KSIB AM/FM in Creston is seeking a full-time News/Sports Director/Broadcaster to provide news and sports coverage for an eight-county area surrounding and including the city of Creston.
ResponsibilitiesProducing and broadcasting multiple daily newscasts and sports reports, covering local news stories and sporting events, providing local sports play-by-play commentary, maintaining an on-line presence, live remotes of community events and activities, and communicating with and cultivating sources.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have a passion for local news and sports, as well as journalism and radio broadcasting experience. This is an opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a friendly environment and welcoming community.
