What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing communities.

Support residents with daily living activities including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.

Work collaboratively with nursing teams to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Active CNA Certification in the state of Iowa.

Minimum 3 months of verifiable experience as a CNA.

Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your assigned region.

Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Care Initiatives locations.
