Greater Regional is looking for a full‑time RN to provide direct care in our OB Department for labor and delivery. The nurse will float to Med Surg when OB is not busy.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate, identify, and respond to the needs of patient and family
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care while ensuring patient comfort
- Provide patient care at admission and discharge
- Practice using nursing standards, ethical principles, and professional judgment
Must have a current Iowa RN license. Preferred licensure: NRP, STABLE, BLS, Basic and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.

Recruitment BonusWe are offering a clinical recruiting bonus of $50,000 to night shift RN employees in Med Surg, OB, and ER. Current employed RNs are eligible. The bonus is paid over two years and an employee remains eligible as long as they maintain full‑time status and stay in the same department.
The Bonus Will Be Paid Out As Follows- Within 30 days of start: $10,000.00
- 6‑month anniversary: $10,000.00
- 1‑year anniversary: $10,000.00
- 18‑month anniversary: $10,000.00
- 2‑year anniversary: $10,000.00
