Overview
Great Regional Health is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible schedule primarily in our Urgent Care and ER. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, making certain accurate patient information is collected. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance, and personal patient information.
Responsibilities- Answer phone calls in a clear, professional manner.

- Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the facility.
- Provide patient with billing and payment information.
- Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus.
- Maintains patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
