Requirements

• Experience in serving
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Serve It Right Certificate as an asset
• Four days a week in the evening from 5-9 depending on the customer flow

• Greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Transmitting orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring accuracy and addressing special requests.
• Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring correct orders and appropriate accompaniments.
• Clearing finished courses, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining space.
• Processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, and providing accurate change.
• Working with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
• Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Addressing customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with meals, and handling any complaints with a positive attitude.
• Assisting with side work such as rolling silverware, polishing glasses, and stocking supplies.
