Job Summary:

The Millwright is responsible for providing maintenance support across multiple locations. This includes equipment repair and overall facility maintenance. Heavy travel is required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Repair and assist in repair of equipment and machinery at various facilities
• Replace defective parts and adjust clearances and alignments of moving parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Operate maintenance hand and power tools
• Position steel beams to support bedplates using blueprints and schematics
• Install new equipment, fabricate, and weld as necessary
• Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
• Follow safety guidelines and organizational EHS policies
• Complete required EHS training and participate in EHS management systems
• Report safety incidents or hazards and suggest improvements
• Attend safety meetings and inform supervisors of safety or environmental issues
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

• Ability to work well with others
• 0-5 years’ experience in millwright or maintenance roles (preferred)
• Strong fabrication and welding skills
• Experience with hydraulics and electronics (a plus)
• Trade school or relevant certifications (a plus)

Special Demands:

• Heavy travel required
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• Clean driving record; CDL may be required
• Adherence to safety policies and regulations
• Hands-on, labor-intensive work
