Requirements- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
- Organized and able to manage client schedules
- Schedule and manage client sessions using our software, process payments, and track package balances
- Plan and deliver one‑on‑one or small group workouts, demonstrate exercises, provide cues, and adjust programs safely
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and design and modify programs based on client needs
- Build strong relationships, and maintain a professional, welcoming space
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and stay within scope of practice
- Personal Trainer reports to the Gym Manager while collaborating with a team of passionate colleagues
